LAGOS (Sandy’s Cities) Gender: Male DOB: April 18/19, 2018 Breed: Flat Coat Retriever Mix Weight at 7 weeks: 5.0kgs Kennel Training: Lagos is currently fostered with his brother Moscow, they share a large wire kennel overnight and do well in it together. Sometimes sleeping right through the night, other times wanting out once during the night. They can even be seen going in there on their own to nap as well. They are sometimes confined to it for short periods in the evening if fosters have to step out but otherwise do good with the run of the house too. Potty Training: Doing great! Only a few accidents in the house. He has also started pawing at the door when he wants to go outside. He is let out fairly regularly so that helps too. Personality: Lagos, is an awesome boy! He is laid back, yet sociable, playful and smart! He loves adults, kids, dogs, puppies and pretty much every moment you spend with him, including playtime, toys, chews and when done he loves to curl up in your arms or beside you on the couch for a snuggle or sleep.. He is a great cuddler. He makes the cutest little noises when he’s waking up and often looks up at you with a big smile. Great on truck rides as well! He would be an excellent family addition as he has lots of love to give! House Training: Improving daily. Now knows to whine to be let outside, adjusting to going only outside! Personality: EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! Dogs, kids, cats, are all my best friends! I love digging in the sand box and giving kisses! I am cuddly, but playful, so have toys ready for me! I enjoy bugging my foster brother (big dog)... whenever he snores too loud I pounce on him! Snuggles and kisses are the best, but also being outside in dirt and water is a total requirement for the best day! He willingly goes in for some quiet time, or mealtime for the foster family - he knows he gets a treat at these times. He also sleeps through the night in it with his brother. House training: Much different than kennels- but we are working on it! He’s very quick to learn the routine of the day- wake up, outside to pee, back in for breakfast, then back outside for a play & other business. Personality: Berlin is a very calm boy & loves his cuddles especially when he’s tired. Plays well with other dogs and pups and gets along well with adults and kids! He is inquisitive but is a follower rather than a leader. Leash training is a work in progress. He loves his walks but he’d rather play!
