A "work-related incident" at Wheat City Metals Recycling has halted operations at the Evraz facility in Regina and sent one of its employees to hospital, the company said Tuesday.

Evraz North America says the unspecified incident happened this morning at Wheat City Metals Recyling. 

An employee received emergency care on-site before being transported to a nearby facility, according to Evraz North America.
