The Regina Fire Department says there were no injuries reported from the blast and ensuing fire.
CBC NewsPeople living in Regina's north end were awoken early this morning by an explosion at Regina's Consumers' Cooperative Refinery main plant that shook homes as far as two kilometres away.
The explosion happened at about 4:45 a.m. CST Tuesday near gate number three on 9th Ave. N near McDonald Street.
Emergency alarm horns were activated and could be heard across the north end of the city fro more than 15 minutes.
There's no word yet on what caused the blast, but a fire was still burning at six a.m CS…
