Costco lovers of Regina rejoice. A long-rumoured second store in the city appears to be in the works. 

According to a development application filed to the City of Regina, the new location would be located on the west end of the city, next to the Westerra neighbourhood at 8701 Dewdney Ave.

The documents provide some details on the planned development, including the proposed location. The store would be more than 14,000 square metres and also have a Costco gas station.
